Plus, advice on lifestyle, activities and exercise appropriate to the individual via email, telephone or video consultation.
Heartwatch is operated by Christine Benson, Registered Nurse, BACPR Exercise Instructor and GP Referral Instructor.
*Referral may be made by Hospital Consultant, GP, Specialist Nurse or Physiotherapist
