Booking Process
Please first complete the contact form.
I will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your message.
You must have, with you, a copy of either your referral letter from your Doctor, or Phase III to IV Transfer form from your Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme.
I reserve the right to ask you to obtain further information from your Doctor or Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Team.
Once I have sufficient information I will discuss your exercise prescription with you and will send you the pre-class safety checklist and details of payment.
Once the first payment is made I will send you an invitation to each class at least 24 hours before each class.
You must agree that you will meet all the criteria in the pre-class safety checklist before you commence each class.
The link to each class will be opened 15 minutes prior to the class start time for discussion with the instructor if required.
You must join the class a minimum of five minutes prior to the start time.
If the warm up has started you may not be permitted entry.
(This is a BACPR Standard for, safety reasons, for people with Cardiovascular disease.)
